About the Work Of the Museum

 

 

 

 

Dear guests! From December 16, 2020 visits to the expositions of the Abramtsevo Museum-Reserve have resumed. The work of the expositions is organized by sessions with a limitation on the number of simultaneous visitors to the premises.

It is necessary to maintain a social distance of 1.5 meters, use personal protective equipment, choose contactless payment systems at the checkout. The entrance to the exposition is open from 10.00 am to 5.30 pm, except Monday and Tuesday.

The last tour of the Main Manor House starts at 5.30 pm.

The park of the Abramtsevo Museum-Reserve is open for walks as usual. Entrance to the park is daily from 10.00 am to5.45 pm.

When visiting the park, you must maintain a social distance of 1.5 meters, use personal protective equipment, and choose contactless payment systems at the checkout.

INTERNET ACCESS IN THE MUSEUM

 

On the territory of the Abramtsevo Museum-Reserve there is free wireless Internet access.

You can use free Wi-Fi at the facade of the Manor House, in a meadow near Polenov's dacha and in Gogol Alley.

How to get to the Abramtsevo Museum-Reserve:

By train: from Yaroslavsky Railway Station (Komsomolskaya station on Metrorail) take Sergiev Posad or Alexandrov electric train to the Abramtsevo station (check the stops of the train). The rail journey takes about 1,5 hour. Get off at Abramtsevo, cross the railway lines. Behind the tent-shaped archway in the middle of the platform find a flight of steps that lead down to a woodland path. This route will take you all the way to the museum.

By car: drive along the Yaroslavl highway, turn to Leshkovo and Radonezh, drive along the main road to Khotkovo, then turn to Abramtsevo and follow the main road to Museum.

How to get to Arts and Crafts Department of the Abramtsevo Museum-Reserve:

By train: from Yaroslavsky Railway Station (Komsomolskaya station on Metrorail) take Sergiev Posad or Alexandrov electric train to Khotkovo station. The rail journey takes about 1,5 hour. From the Khotkovo station walk through the territory of Pokrovsky (Protection of the Virgin) Convent. Arts and Crafts Department of the Abramtsevo Museum is located across the street from the Southern gates of Convent.

By car: drive along the Yaroslavl highway, turn to Leshkovo and Radonezh, drive along the main road to Khotkovo.
